A visit is priced by the unit's type and shown before you confirm. A package of visits for one unit, from 747.50 SAR, costs less per visit and runs for the period shown. Every charge is recorded in your account, and a tax invoice is issued for each completed visit.

Each package is bought for one unit, at the figure shown including VAT at 15%. A visit beyond the allowance is charged as a single visit at the package's extra-visit rate.

The PMS is unavailable until you subscribe, and your data is kept. Cleaning and repairs can still be ordered, and your units, wallet and invoices remain available.

A full clean of the unit against its checklist: every room, the bathrooms and the kitchen, photographed before and after. Add-ons such as the inside of the fridge or oven, the balcony or the laundry room are priced separately in your account.
